Nothing rushed. Nothing skipped.

Good food is never rushed.

Our bread is baked here every day and slow-fermented for at least 12 hours. Our demi-glace simmers for eight to nine hours. Your tiramisù is prepared the moment you ask. That is why dinner here takes its time, and why guests say it is worth the wait.

Run by one family, from the kitchen to the garden.

Chef Marcio has worked in Italian kitchens since 1989. He and Magda opened their own restaurant on Castle Road and shaped it little by little, from the dining rooms to the front and back gardens.
